Hardcopies: Unless an error on our part, customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us for return shipping information. Return refunds subject to textbook condition.

We're a small business...

As a small business we have minimal staffing to save costs and not pass them onto customers. Thus, we have to impose stricter restrictions on returns.

That being said, there are certainly exceptions to the rules sometimes. So, if you've got a complicated situation and feel these return policies shouldn't apply given the circumstances contact us and explain your situation.
